Job Profile: Front Desk Executive
Job Location: Palghar
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 years
Industry: Healthcare / Clinic / Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and attend patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-ups
Manage front desk operations including phone calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
Maintain patient records, files, and basic documentation
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth clinic operations
Handle billing support, receipts, and basic payment coordination
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or hospitals is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, patient management systems preferred)
Ability to multitask and handle patients calmly
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
