Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with doctors and specialists.
Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and diagnostic departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
Collect registration fees and assist with billing-related queries when required.
Verify patient details, insurance information, and required documents.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies.
Manage front desk operations, including maintaining registers, reports, and documentation.
Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare front office.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with Hospital Management Systems (HMS) is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
