Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet Oki Brew. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage staff while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

• Handle and monitor restaurant software such as Petpooja, Swiggy, and Zomato.

• Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.

• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and complaint resolution.

• Coordinate smoothly between kitchen, barista, bakery, and service teams.

• Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and basic operational reporting.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth workflow within the outlet.

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant or café management preferred.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant management software (Petpooja, Swiggy, Zomato).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage teams and handle customer interactions professionally.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
