Job Role – Travel Desk & Front Desk Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk and Travel Desk Coordinator. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
· Coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
· Research and recommend travel options based on cost, schedule, and preferences
· Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to ensure cost-effective travel solutions
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
· Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for employees
· Assist with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related paperwork as needed
· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate travel logistics for events, conferences, and off-site meetings
· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
Must have :
Qualification B.Com/BA/ with IATA certification
Good to have :
Worked with in travel company/department/travel agency or a related field preferred.
Experience : 2+ years
Job Location : Thane.
It is a work from office role with 6 days working. Timing 9:30 am to 5:30pm.
