Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for office requirements
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support HR/Admin team with onboarding and general office tasks
