Key Responsibilities:
- Managing front office operations & visitor handling
- Greeting clients in a professional manner
- Handling incoming calls & maintaining call records
- Coordinating with internal departments
- Maintaining data records & documentation
- Handling basic emails & internal coordination
- Assisting in office operations & reporting
- Supporting team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Important Clarification:
- No Sales Target
- No Field Work
- No Pressure-Based Work
- Only role-specific responsibilities assigned
- Fixed working profile with clear job structure
Eligibility Criteria:
- Female Candidates Preferred
- Minimum 6 Months Experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)
- Good Communication Skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Presentable & Professional Personality
- Better Computer Knowledge ( MS Office Tools )
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (Based on Interview & Experience)
