Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Job description:

• Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients.

• Explain slimming, weight-loss and wellness treatments/packages.

• Understand customers' requirements and suggest suitable programs.

• Convert enquiries into clinic visits, consultations and enrollments.

• Follow up with leads through calls/messages.

• Maintain lead, call and conversion records in CRM/manual registers.

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly call targets.

• Coordinate appointments with front desk, counsellors and clinic managers.

• Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.

• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

• Fluency in Communication is mandatory
