Job Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area.
Handle member inquiries, phone calls, and visitor interactions.
• Maintain data records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create and manage letters, documents, and meeting notes using Microsoft Word.
• Organize and maintain files on Google Drive.
• Manage member registrations, updates, and daily operations through the EBN App.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
• Perform general office administration and support tasks.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic to Intermediate level).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Experience using mobile applications and web-based software.
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Accurate data entry and record management skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems.
• Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
