Position: Front Desk Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception desk, greet visitors, and handle calls/couriers.
Perform accurate data entry of insurance policies and maintain records.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
Maintain documentation, MIS updates, and office front desk hygiene.
Support branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
