Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations along with administrative, inventory, and vendor coordination activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and delivering a professional experience to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining records.
Oversee office inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
Handle purchase requirements and coordinate with vendors for procurement and delivery.
Maintain vendor database and follow up on orders and payments.
Manage courier, dispatch, and general administrative tasks.
Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the reception area.
Travel as required for business needs (bank work, vendor coordination, etc.)
Assist in interview coordination and support HR/Admin activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience in inventory and vendor management
Good follow-up and organizational skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate
2–5 years of relevant experience
Male candidates preferred
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Immediate joiners preferred
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
