Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and coordination with medical staff
Maintain patient records and billing-related documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office functioning
Requirements:
0.6 –3 years of experience in hospital / healthcare front office (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of hospital systems and patient handling
