Job role: Senior Executive
Job Description:
Providing backend support for client visits by coordinating logistics, maintaining records and schedules, ensuring seamless facility arrangements, assisting with vendor and technical requirements, preparing reports, and supporting the manager in all clients visit related tasks.
Required Skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
· Ensuring accuracy in logistics and documentation.
· Clear coordination with internal teams and vendors.
· Prioritizing tasks to meet tight timelines.
· Handling and liaising with external service providers.
· Preparing visit reports and maintaining records.
Desirable Skills
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
