 Handle appointments efficiently, including walk-ins, telephonic, and online bookings.

 Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

 Explain salon services, packages, and ongoing promotional offers to clients.

 Manage billing, daily cash handling, and maintain accurate records.

 Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.

 Address basic client queries and escalate issues to management when required.

 Maintain client data using salon scheduling software and Microsoft Excel.
