About the Role

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and capable of handling high-level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives

Handle internal and external communications professionally

Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS reports accurately

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Coordinate travel arrangements and assist in event planning

Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion

Support senior management in day-to-day operations

Requirements

Female candidate preferred

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Professional appearance and confident personality

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
