We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with plumbing expertise to handle routine maintenance, repairs, and installation of plumbing systems. The candidate will ensure that all equipment, water systems, and facilities are functioning properly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
Diagnose issues and perform corrective maintenance on leaks, blockages, and damaged systems
Install and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances
Perform general building maintenance (electrical, carpentry, HVAC support if required)
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Keep records of maintenance work and report major issues
