Job Description:
What you will do:

• Manage and oversee the entire Sales Closing process for the assigned site.

• Lead, motivate, and guide the Sales Closing Team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners (CPs), and brokers.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and ensure smooth transaction closures.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional and lead conversion strategies.

• Monitor and analyze team performance; provide regular updates and reports to management.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through prompt responses and professional conduct.

• Maintain a good network and local connections within the real estate ecosystem.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments in the Thane and MMR region.

Requirement :

• Graduate in any stream

• Young, dynamic, and self-motivated professional with strong leadership qualities.

• Smart, presentable, and soft-spoken with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven experience in Real Estate Closing and team handling.

• Strong local market knowledge and network in surrounding areas.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
