Job Description:

What You will do:

Attend and resolve customer complaints related to plumbing issues such as water leakages in flats.

Perform shifting and fixing of water lines as required at site locations.

Carry out temporary water connection work at sites based on instructions given by the Engineer In-charge.

Ensure all plumbing tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines.

Conduct routine checks to identify faults and repair plumbing fixtures, pipelines, and fittings.

Maintain basic documentation of work completed and materials used.

· Ensure proper usage and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.

· Support project teams during site handover by resolving pending plumbing issues.

· Report material requirements, damages, and shortages to the concerned engineer or store department.

· Follow company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures at all times.

· Provide immediate support during plumbing emergencies at the site.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a plumber in residential or construction sites

· Strong knowledge of water line installation, repair, and maintenance.

· Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

· Physically fit and able to work on-site as required.

· Ability to follow instructions given by Engineer / Site In-charge.
