Pantry boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, well-groomed, and service-oriented Pantry Boy to manage pantry operations, maintain cleanliness, and provide hospitality services to employees and visitors. The ideal candidate should ensure a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked pantry while delivering refreshments in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to employees and guests.

• Serve refreshments during meetings, conferences, and client visits.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, dining area, and pantry equipment.

• Wash and arrange cups, glasses, plates, and other pantry utensils.

• Refill and monitor pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, snacks, tissues, and disposable items.

• Inform the Admin team about low stock and assist in maintaining inventory.

• Ensure proper storage of food items and pantry materials.

• Keep meeting rooms ready with refreshments before scheduled meetings.

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Assist with basic office support tasks as assigned by the Administration team.

• Follow company hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
  
  Required Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Boy, or similar role is preferred.

  • Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.

  Skills & Competencies :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Polite, courteous, and customer-service oriented.

  • Knowledge of pantry hygiene and cleanliness standards.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

  • Punctual, honest, and disciplined.

  • Physically fit to perform routine pantry and office support duties.
    
    Working Conditions

    • Full-time position.

    • Six-day working week (as per company policy).

    • Flexibility to work during office events or extended meeting hours when required.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while serving senior management and guests.
