Responsibilities of a Pantry Boy
1. Food & Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to staff and guests
- Maintain hygiene while serving and use proper serving equipment
- Take orders from staff/departments and deliver on time
2. Pantry Maintenance & Hygiene
- Keep pantry area, shelves, sink, microwave, fridge, and dispensers clean
- Wash cups, plates, cutlery after use and arrange them properly
- Dispose of garbage regularly and follow waste segregation rules
3. Stock & Inventory
- Track pantry stock: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water bottles, disposable items
- Inform admin before stock goes low and help with receiving new stock
- Check expiry dates and do FIFO - First In First Out
4. Compliance & Safety
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure gas, electrical appliances are switched off after use
- Maintain cleanliness as per office/HACCP compliance guidelines
5. Support Tasks
- Assist in arranging pantry for meetings and events
- Coordinate with admin team for any pantry-related requirements
- Report any damaged equipment or leakages immediately
