Pantry boy

1. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees, management, and visitors.

2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, kitchen area, and dining space.

3. Ensure the availability of drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and other pantry supplies.

4. Wash and clean cups, glasses, plates, utensils, and other pantry equipment.

5. Keep the pantry, meeting rooms, and refreshment areas clean and organized.

6. Serve refreshments during meetings, interviews, and client visits as required.

7. Monitor pantry stock and inform the Administration Department about items that need replenishment.

8. Assist with basic office support tasks, including arranging refreshments for meetings and visitors.

9. Ensure proper handling and storage of pantry items and follow hygiene standards.

10. Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall cleanliness in the assigned areas.

11. Follow office rules, instructions from the reporting manager, and company policies.

12. Perform other pantry-related duties as assigned by the Administration Department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.

• Prior experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Boy, or in a similar role will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of preparing tea, coffee, and refreshments.

• Good personal hygiene and a neat, presentable appearance.

• Polite, courteous, and respectful behaviour with employees and visitors.

• Punctual, disciplined, honest, and responsible.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and manage daily pantry requirements.

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
