We are looking for a Office Boy to join our team at VVH Group to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes preparing and serving tea, coffee, and snacks, keeping the pantry and equipment clean and sanitized, tracking food and supply inventory, and assisting staff or guests with polite hospitality and maintaining supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹14,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Brew and serve tea, coffee, water, and juices.
Arrange snacks and meals for meetings.
Serve refreshments to staff and guests.
Wash and store cups, plates, and utensils.
Check stock levels for tea, sugar, and snacks.
Restock items before they run out.
Help with small office tasks if asked.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 4 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
