📋 Job Description – Office Boy

Position: Office Boy / Office Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Experience: 0–2 years / Fresher can apply
Education: Minimum 10th Pass

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily office activities and general office work.

• Handle files, documents, quotations and basic paperwork.

• Tea, water and pantry-related work.

• Keep office/shop premises clean and organized.

• Assist staff with photocopying, printing, scanning and basic computer work.

• Collect and deliver documents, materials and parcels when required.

• Assist with loading/unloading of batteries, UPS or other materials when required.

• Support technicians and office staff in day-to-day activities.

• Visit banks, courier offices, suppliers or customers for document/material collection when required.

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass.

• Basic reading/writing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Honest, punctual and responsible.

• Good behaviour and communication.

• Physically fit for occasional field/material handling work.

• Two-wheeler and valid licence would be an advantage.

• Marathi/Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.

💰 Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Additional: Performance-based incentives may be provided.
