Position: Office Boy
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office areas.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic office errands.
Distribute documents and files within the office.
Purchase office supplies and other required items when needed.
Assist with incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
Help with basic administrative and housekeeping tasks.
Ensure pantry and common areas are clean and properly maintained.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th standard qualification preferred.
Previous office-boy/helper experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Basic knowledge of office equipment is preferred.
Working Hours
10 hours
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and company policy.
