Office Boy- Roles & Responsibilities

1.Attendance Register / Biometric and Minimum office attendance should be 95%

2.Pre intimation of leave before 4 days is must, leave application should be approved by SM in advance.

3.Reception area Customer & Family lounge cleanliness

4.Maintaining COVID-19 Precautions

5.Serving refreshment to customer & office Staff

6.Maintain housekeeping report

7.Need to maintain his personal attire so that customer should not be object while serving.

8.Cleanliness in Washroom as per standards and maintain check sheet.

9.Any other work assigned for out side office & local work documentation & filling etc.
