Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations,
meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
● Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to visitors.
● Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic administrative tasks.
● Handle office errands, courier dispatches, and document deliveries.
● Manage and replenish pantry, stationery, and office supplies.
● Support in arranging meeting rooms and preparing for office events.
● Assist visitors and staff as required.
● Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained and report any issues promptly.
