Office Boy

We are looking for a Peon to join our team ICSI to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance:

  Cleaning and upkeep of floors, furniture, windows, and common areas; restocking water bottles and supplies. 

• Support & Assistance:

  Serving tea/coffee to staff and visitors; assisting with photocopying, filing, and basic data entry. 

• Document Handling:

  Delivering and collecting mail, files, and other documents within the building and to external locations. 

• Errands:

  Running errands for the office, both within the premises and outside when necessary. 

• Meeting Support:

  Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments and stationery are available. 

• General Duties:

  Opening/closing rooms, managing office supplies, and performing other tasks assigned by superiors. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12TH and 6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
