Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to help maintain cleanliness and support daily office operations. The candidate should be punctual, honest, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms
Handle office cleaning and dusting regularly
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or office items when required
Help staff with basic office support tasks
Monitor office supplies and inform management about shortages
Open and close office premises if required
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent
Basic understanding of office work
Good behavior and communication skills
Honest, disciplined, and punctual
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
Working Hours:
Full-time
Salary:
Based on experience and company policy
