An Office Boy supports the office staff by maintaining cleanliness, delivering documents, and helping with basic office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Maintenance
Keep the office clean and organized
Clean desks, tables, and common areas
Ensure meeting rooms are tidy
2. Pantry Duties
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of the pantry area
3. Document Handling
Deliver files and documents between departments
Assist in photocopying, printing, and scanning
4. Office Support
Help staff with small office tasks
Arrange meeting rooms when required
5. Outdoor Work
Go to bank, courier office, or government offices if needed
Handle small purchases for office supplies
6. Visitor Assistance
Welcome visitors and inform concerned staff
Provide water or refreshments
