Job Responsibilities – Office Boy
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.

• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic office documentation.

• Handle internal and external movement of documents, files, and other office materials.

• Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and ensuring necessary materials are available for meetings.

• Maintain adequate stock of pantry, stationery, and other office supplies and inform the concerned person when replenishment is required.

• Assist in purchasing or collecting office supplies and other items as instructed.

• Support employees and administrative staff with routine office-related tasks.

• Assist with basic office setup, shifting of files/materials, and maintaining proper organization of office areas.

• Follow office safety, security, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements.

• Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
