Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our Pharmaceutical Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) agency. You will be responsible for day-to-day office chores, assisting with local delivery/collection of invoice documents, and helping with basic warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance: Serve tea/water to staff and guests, keep the office and pantry area clean and tidy.
Document Handling: Deliver and collect local bills, invoices, and payment cheques from pharma distributors/parties.
Warehouse Support: Assist the warehouse team with counting, packing, or moving medicine boxes when needed.
General Errand Running: Handle outdoor banking tasks, post office visits, and local utility runs.
Requirements & Skills
Education: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred.
Vehicle: Owning a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is a plus.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an office peon, delivery, or warehouse helper role (Pharma experience preferred, but freshers can apply).
Skills: Honest, punctual, well-mannered, and knows local routes well.
