Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and well-mannered Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations in our jewellery business. The candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and willing to handle general office support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office support and housekeeping-related tasks.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle office documents, files, and basic courier activities.

• Deliver and collect documents or parcels as required.

• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and other routine office work.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.

• Assist employees with day-to-day administrative requirements.

• Purchase and arrange basic office supplies when required.

• Support other office-related tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

• 6 Months to 1 Year of relevant experience preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

• Honest and trustworthy.

• Willingness to perform multiple office support duties.

• Previous experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
