Office Boy Cum Peon – Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and wash areas
Carry files, documents, and parcels between departments
Receive visitors and guide them to concerned staff
Keep office equipment and furniture in proper condition
Dispose of waste properly and ensure hygiene standards
erving water, tea, or refreshments to staff and visitors ☕
Keeping office rooms, desks, and common areas clean and tidy
Opening and closing the office or rooms when required
Assisting officers and staff with routine non-clerical tasks
Setting up meeting rooms (chairs, tables, files)
