The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic office tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office
Assist in setting up meeting rooms
Manage office supplies and pantry stock
Run errands such as banking, courier, and other administrative tasks
Dispose of trash and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
Requirements:
Minimum education: High school or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Basic communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
Honest, punctual, and reliable
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
May require outdoor tasks (errands, deliveries)
