Office Boy

Job Summary: The Office Boy is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations by handling clerical tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff with routine duties to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors • Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms) • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery • Assist in opening and closing the office • Support office staff with basic administrative tasks • Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum education: Basic schooling (preferred) • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage • Honest, punctual, and disciplined • Basic understanding of office etiquette Skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to follow instructions • Cooperative and helpful attitude Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
