job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and well-presented Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist staff, serve refreshments, and handle basic office tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

Assist with office documentation, photocopying, and filing

Set up meeting rooms and ensure cleanliness before and after meetings

Support staff with basic administrative tasks as required

Receive and deliver couriers, parcels, and documents

Ensure office supplies are stocked and properly maintained

Follow proper dress code and maintain personal hygiene

Be punctual, disciplined, and responsible during duty hours

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well-groomed, polite, and cooperative attitude

Ability to handle tasks efficiently and responsibly

Must be reliable and punctual
