We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to maintain office cleanliness, assist staff with daily tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain the office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging office supplies.
Purchase office and pantry items when required.
Deliver and collect documents from banks, courier offices, or other locations.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Ensure office equipment and pantry supplies are well-maintained.
Dispose of waste and keep the office clean and organized.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
High school education preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office duties.
