We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, assisting staff with basic tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office errands (photocopying, scanning, filing documents).
Assist in moving files, documents, and office supplies.
Collect and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
Ensure office equipment and furniture are properly arranged.
Requirements:-
Minimum high school education (preferred).
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions.
