Key Responsibilities
Office Cleaning & Maintenance
Regular dusting and cleaning of office furniture, desks, chairs, workstations, and equipment.
Sweeping and mopping of office floors and common areas.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Regular cleaning and maintenance of washrooms.
Ensuring proper disposal of garbage and maintaining dustbins.
Hospitality & Guest Management
Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and visitors.
Welcoming and attending to guests and visitors.
Serving refreshments during meetings and conferences.
Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and ready before scheduled meetings.
General Office Support
Assisting with photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic office errands.
Supporting staff with routine administrative requirements.
Purchasing office supplies or refreshments whenever required.
Ensuring pantry supplies and cleaning materials are adequately maintained.
