About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.

• Handle office errands and outdoor tasks as required.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.

• Ensure availability of pantry and housekeeping supplies.

• Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and office materials.

• Support administrative staff with basic office tasks.

• Monitor office equipment and report any maintenance issues.

• Assist employees with day-to-day office requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Housekeeping Staff preferred.

• Basic communication skills.

• Punctual, honest, and disciplined.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary
