We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure smooth internal coordination.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
Handle office files, documents, and courier deliveries
Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing
Support administrative staff in daily tasks
Open and close office premises as required
Purchase office supplies and pantry items when needed
Run office errands such as bank work, bill payments, and vendor coordination
Ensure office equipment is clean and properly arranged
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Basic knowledge of office work
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Physically fit and active
Polite, honest, and well-mannered
Basic communication skills
