• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of office areas.

• Ensure washrooms are cleaned regularly and stocked with required supplies.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

• Arrange refreshments and meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.

• Handle courier collection, dispatch, and document delivery.

• Assist with photocopying, filing, and other administrative support tasks.

• Purchase and maintain pantry supplies and office consumables.

• Dispose of office waste and maintain hygiene standards.

• Report maintenance issues, repairs, and supply shortages to the concerned team.

• Support office staff with day-to-day operational requirements.

Skills Required

Qualification

• Minimum 10th Pass.

• 0–3 years of experience in housekeeping, office assistant, or similar roles.
