The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with daily office operations, and supporting staff with routine administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document delivery
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office supplies
Collect and distribute mail, parcels, and internal documents
Run office errands such as bank visits, courier services, and bill payments
Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks as required
