Job Title: Helper

Job Summary:
The Helper provides general assistance by performing cleaning, loading/unloading, organizing materials, and supporting supervisors or skilled workers with daily tasks. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers or supervisors with daily duties.

• Load, unload, and move materials or equipment.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Handle basic cleaning and housekeeping tasks.

• Arrange and store tools, supplies, and materials properly.

• Follow company safety rules and procedures.

• Perform basic maintenance and other assigned tasks.

• Support packing, labeling, and inventory activities when required.

• Report damaged equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Complete tasks efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent (preferred).

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.

• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.

• Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
