Helper

​We are urgently hiring a full-time, hardworking Warehouse Helper & Office Peon for our company, Tyfm Global Ventures, located in Niranjanpur, Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily warehouse manual work and general office maintenance.

​Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. ​Dusting & Cleaning: Performing daily cleaning and dusting of the office cabins, desks, chairs, and warehouse premises.
2. ​Watering Plants: Regularly watering the indoor and outdoor plants and maintaining the office green area.
3. ​Loading & Unloading Boxes: Safely loading and unloading heavy boxes, cartons, and stock shipments from delivery vehicles.
4. ​Packing & Unpacking: Unpacking incoming stock, organizing items neatly on warehouse shelves, and securely packing outgoing customer orders.
5. ​General Support: Serving tea/water to office guests and handling minor outdoor market errands when required.

​Candidate Requirements:

1. ​Education: Minimum 8th pass or 10th pass (Basic reading skills required to identify product labels or bills).
2. ​Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a warehouse, godown, or as an office boy is preferred.
3. ​Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and active to lift heavy boxes and handle manual labor throughout the day.
4. ​Locality: Candidates residing near Niranjanpur, Saharanpur Road, Majra, Dehrakhas, Patel Nagar or nearby areas in Dehradun will be highly preferred for a convenient daily commute.

​Work Timings & Benefits:

1. ​Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
2. ​Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
3. ​Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Must be able to start work within 2 days).
