Job Description – Fresher ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)

Position: ANM Staff Nurse (Fresher Welcome)

We are looking for a sincere, compassionate, and dedicated Fresher ANM Staff to join our healthcare team. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during OPD and emergency procedures.

• Monitor patient vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO₂).

• Administer injections, IV fluids, and medications as prescribed.

• Perform dressing, wound care, and basic nursing procedures.

• Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.

• Ensure cleanliness and infection control in the clinic/hospital.

• Educate patients on medications and follow-up care.

• Work cooperatively with the medical team.

Requirements:

• ANM qualification from a recognized institute.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.
