Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per medical protocols and hospital standards.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and monitor patient vitals.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, patient records, and reports.

• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times.

• Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

• Handle emergency cases efficiently and coordinate with the medical team.

• Operate medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization and infection control.

• Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and post-care instructions.

• Participate in training programs and maintain professional development.

Requirements

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing.

• Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration (MNC preferred).

• Experience: 0–5 years.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong patient-care skills

  • Good communication and teamwork

  • Basic clinical and emergency care skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
