Job Title: Patient Care / Caregiver

Location: Baner, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Duty: 24/7 Residential Duty
Food: Provided by the employer
Accommodation: Stay-in facility provided

Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery)

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)

• Diploma in Patient Care / Patient Care Assistant

• Nursing Private Course / Equivalent Nursing Qualification

• Candidates with relevant patient-care experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to the patient.

• Assist the patient with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.

• Monitor the patient's basic health condition and report any changes immediately.

• Administer medicines as instructed by the doctor/family.

• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the patient and surrounding area.

• Assist with regular health monitoring such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse and other basic parameters.

• Support the patient during doctor visits, medical procedures and emergencies.

• Maintain proper records of medicines, meals and patient-care activities.

• Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals regarding the patient's care.

• Ensure the patient's safety, comfort and well-being at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant qualification in ANM, GNM, Patient Care or Nursing.

• Prior experience in patient care/nursing will be an advantage.

• Patient, caring, responsible and trustworthy personality.

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to stay at the patient's residence and work on a 24/7 residential basis.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly.
