a. Monitoring of vital signs during home care i.e blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oximeter statistics
b. Monitoring & Recording of blood glucose levels.
c. Maintaining Input/ Output chart for patients with Urine Bag
d. Maintaining Hygiene of the Patient & Surroundings:
· Assist clients in their activities of daily living such as toileting, diaper changing, bedpan giving, oral care, hair care, nail care, bathing, back care, and grooming
· Perform light housekeeping tasks for patient’s room & washroom sm such as cleaning, dusting,and vacuuming
· Make beds on daily basis and change linen and wash it as required
· Engage clients in physical and mental exercises prescribed by their physician
· Preparing light snack/ meal for a patient
· Washing patient’s utensils
e. Giving medications to the patient as guided by the patient’s family
f. Administration of Condom Catheter as required
g. Administration of Oxygen, Nebulization & Steam as required
