We are looking for a Hospital Assistant to join our team at Jagtap Hospital to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, register and assist visitors and o p d patients and ensure they are directed correctly.
Managing smooth o p d flow
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update registers, handing out reports to patients and maintaining records
receiving payments and recording them
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6+ years of experience but a 12th pass with basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn hospital workings can also apply. Other required skills include proficiency in multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
