Home Care Nurse

Position: Homecare Nurse
Qualification Required: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Registration: Valid INC (Indian Nursing Council) or KSNC Registration Certificate is mandatory
Experience Required: Min 1.5 years
Location: Bangalore, Mysore
Salary: Current salary with up to 30% hike based on interview performance and experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients at their residence as per medical guidelines

• Monitor vital signs and overall health condition regularly

• Administer medications and assist with prescribed treatments

• Maintain accurate patient records and daily care documentation

• Support patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene

• Assist with diaper changing and basic bedside care as required

• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and healthy practices

• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery
